Joseph Noonan
President and CEO
As an industry veteran, Joe Noonan brings a wealth of expertise in guiding software
companies to success. Prior to founding V.i. Labs, Joe was most recently
senior vice president of worldwide sales, services and business development at Authentica
Inc. Before Authentica, Joe served as senior vice president of worldwide sales and
services at Eprise Corp., a publicly traded Web content management company, and
was instrumental in the successful sale of the company to Divine, Inc. Joe was also
president and CEO of Upspring Software, a software development tools company, and
successfully completed the sale of the company to MKS Systems. Joe also spent five
years at Wall Data Inc., a highly regarded publicly traded software company. During
his tenure at Wall Data, he managed a sales team that grew sales from 35 million
to 150 million and played a major role in the successful acquisition of Wall Data
by Net Manage. Joe has also held key management positions at both Memorex Telex
Corp. and Burroughs Corp.

Bart Hanlon
VP, Engineering
Bart has over 25 years of experience and an extensive background in software engineering
and product development. Most recently, Bart was the Vice President of Engineering
at PanGo Networks where he led the development of PanGo Locator – the industry leading
location management platform. Bart was responsible for growing the engineering team
from one engineer to a staff of twenty that included full time staff as well as
outside consultants and an off-shore development team in India. PanGo was acquired
by Innerwireless in March 2007. Bart has served in various other engineering executive
level positions with companies including BEA, Hewlett Packard, Mercator Software,
and Novera Software. His software development background includes senior developer
positions at Hewlett Packard, Apollo Computer, Wang Laboratories, and Honeywell
Information Systems.

Victor DeMarines
VP, Products
Victor DeMarines brings extensive product management and marketing experience in
the security industry to his current position. Prior to founding V.i. Labs, Victor
was a senior product manager at RSA Security where he drove product strategy for
the company's strong authentication, Smart Card, and enterprise Single Sign-On client
products. Prior to RSA, Victor was the director of product management at Authentica
where he was instrumental in defining product strategy and direction for Authentica's
enterprise rights management and secure email solutions. Before Authentica, Victor
held senior product management positions at AXENT Technologies and Progress Software,
a global supplier of software technology and services.

Tim Bridge
VP, Sales
Tim brings more than 20 years of sales and executive management experience in developing
new markets and building sales teams. Prior to joining V.i. Laboratories, Tim was
Senior Vice President of Sales at Black Duck Software, the leader in software license
compliance management solutions. There he built the sales team and led the growth
of the company from 0 to more than 600 customers and achieved greater than 100%
annual revenue growth. Before Black Duck, Tim was Vice President of Worldwide Sales
at Reasoning, Inc., based Mountain View, Calif. Before joining Reasoning, he spent
seven years at San Jose-based Mainsoft Corporation as Vice President of Worldwide
Sales. He also served in senior sales positions with Tricord Systems and Prime Computer/
ComputerVision.

Kevin Ball
VP, Finance
Kevin brings 17 years of executive-level finance and operations experience to V.i.
Laboratories. Prior to joining V.i. Labs, Kevin was VP of Finance and CFO for Nation
One Mortgage, a $400M wholesale mortgage lender. He also spent two years as CFO
for Skyward Consulting Group, a provider of sales consulting, training and outsourcing
solutions. Prior to joining Skyward, Kevin was VP of Operations for the U.S. subsidiary
of Getronics NV, a provider of software solutions and managed services located in
the Netherlands. While at Getronics, he had responsibility for the North American
operations of the Financial Services business. Prior to joining Getronics in 2000,
Kevin spent 10 years with Logica plc, a London-based software consultancy and systems
integration company, where he held a number of senior level finance positions within
Corporate Finance and the Financial Services and Energy & Utility business units.

Dr. David Pensak
Chief Scientist
Dr. David Pensak founded V.i. Laboratories after a distinguished 30 year career
at DuPont, where he held myriad senior research positions and served as a corporate
technology growth champion, providing guidance for and managing advanced computer-technology
explorations and development. He also now runs his own research institute, The Innovention
Group, to extend some of his chemical inventions. Dr. Pensak was the founder and
inventor of technology for two successful information security companies. Raptor
Systems provided the first commercial Internet firewalls for business and industry.
The company's rapid growth, commercial success and eventual acquisition by AXENT
Technologies (now Symantec) led to technical and financial recognition for Dr. Pensak.
Subsequently, he founded Authentica (acquired by EMC in February 2006), a recognized
leader in the enterprise digital rights management marketspace. Dr. Pensak has acted
as an adviser for the U.S. Department of Energy on Computer Security and Network
Protection, the Clinton Commission on Critical Infrastructure Protection, the U.S.
Office of Technology Assessment, and the National Center for Biotechnology Information.
From 1991-95, he served as director of the National Computer Graphics Association.
