As the realities of the economic downturn loom large, software vendors are looking
more closely at ways of maximizing their revenues. While many independent software
vendors (ISVs) know that businesses around the globe are using their applications
illegally, few have established strategies for recovering the lost revenue.
Join us for a free webinar on Tuesday, January 27, and hear attorney David Goldstone,
a partner in Goodwin Procter’s Intellectual Property and White Collar Crime & Government
Investigations Practices, discuss legal approaches to recovering revenue
and the issues around software auditing.
V.i. Labs' Victor DeMarines will show you how to create actionable leads for your
legal or sales teams and will demonstrate how CodeArmor® Intelligence can tell you
exactly who is using your software illegally.
