Abhi is a Managing Director in PwC’s Licensing Management & Contract Compliance practice and has over 15 years of experience in software license compliance, software asset management and business consulting.  Over the last decade, Abhi has helped a number of software companies build and operate license compliance programs focused on end-user customers and channel partners and has helped companies recover millions of dollars of revenue and curb revenue leakage through product innovations and contract modifications.

He is a globally recognized leader in software licensing compliance and is a regular speaker at various industry forums and conferences.  He has also authored a number of thought leadership articles that talk about trends in software licensing, software asset management principles, impact of emerging technologies such as virtualization and cloud computing and other related topics.

Abhi has a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA with emphasis on Management Information Systems.  He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor and a Certified ISO 19770-1 SAM standard professional.

Michael brings nearly 20 years of experience to his role as Marketing Director at V.i. Labs where he is responsible for corporate marketing. He has helped to educate the industry on the benefits of software intelligence to quantify and reduce software piracy through the Code Confidential blog and contributed articles in trade publications. Michael also encouraged discussion of these topics and the sharing of best practices by creating new venues like the Software Piracy Initiatives Forum on LinkedIn and V.i. Labs’ Software Compliance Panel series of events. Michael was previously a marketing programs manager at The MathWorks and principal at Goff Communications where he spent ten years offering strategic marketing communications services to emerging technology companies ranging from pre-funding and early stage businesses to startup divisions in Fortune 500 organizations. Michael earned a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. from Colgate University.
